Russian Railways says delays auction for Russkaya Troyka again
MOSCOW, May 17 (PRIME) -- Russian Railways has again postponed an open auction for 25% plus one share in railway operator Russkaya Troyka to July 22, as seen by PRIME in the materials on the railroad monopoly’s website on Friday.
The auction was initially scheduled for April 10, but was later put off to June 3.
Bids will not be collected until July 8.
The initial price is set at 622 million rubles and the minimal price at 527.304 million rubles.
A spokesperson for the Far Eastern Shipping Company (FESCO), which holds 75% in Russkaya Troyka, earlier said that the company was interested in the stake but did not plan to take part in the auction.
